moving a message board?

I need to move my message board ( http://www.sierrawestgroup.com/siworld/openbb/index.php ) from one hostrocket account to another..... any one have any ideas on how to do this? or if it can even be done.... or do i just download the directory and upload it to the new account? I have no idea where to begin..

What you have to do is back up your database through phpMyAdmin. Select the DB then choose Export at the top. Then choose Structure and Data and you can just click go. Then copy and paste everything into notepad and save it as filename.txt. When you copy and paste copy everything except the top in bold where it says "Database NAME running on localhost". You should also save the folder on the server in case you edited any of the settings, like CSS.
