I am trying to set up a forum for my web-page. I have used this same one from other web hosts, but can't get it to work here.
I have got it on my server at
http://www.razorback-nation.com/hogtalk (http://www.razorback-nation.com/hogtalk/install.php)
I have tried everything I can think of... Any help would be appreciated.

You must enter the database, user name and password exactly as you set them up from the control panel. Also, don't forget to assign the user to the database.
You should have something like databasename: razor_phpbb2, username: razor_hogtalkadmin, password: hogtalk (or whatever). These are all case sensitive. Try cutting and pasting. I have wasted a lot of time on typos.
We know it works as many users have phpbb running on HR.
Good luck.
I have phpBB running on my site. It works fine. You just need to make sure the correct entries are made when you install it.

Got it thanks, On my old server I didn't have to add a user to the data base. It did it automatically. Easy fix.
