HTML display in new webmail

Does anyone know if the new webmail will display HTML messages? I just received a trouble ticket response and I just see the raw code. Ugh, I would hope that there is a way to support HTML or HR will ahve to start sending trouble tickets out in plain text!

Enter Webmail (V.Webmail)
click on Preferences
then on Email preferences
and check Display HTML version of HTML/text emails

That's it!

I did that. Thought it would work....didn't. The HR emails still display the source. :-(
