Hi,
Our sleep schedules have slowly been being rotated around the clock - mainly because we get up when we wake up, and work until we cant stay up anymore which is usually around 18 hours... Maybe someday we'll make the full circle back to normal and I wont be wide awake at 5am ;) and asleep while everyone I know is awake.

I had some MySQL problems shortly after my site was moved. John from Hostrocket manged to clear these up in short order, and I've been trouble-free since.
Just another iota of support to show they really are trying hard...

They had a few problems but they were handled in a very timely matter with me I believe. Although I must say I sent in a few tickets and never got a auto reply or a regular reply and I had to resort to AIM and a phone call. The ticket system must of been broke. I don't really want to send in a ticket just to see if it's working, so could anyone tell me if it works correctly? Anyway they got me working perfectly now and I am really happy.

Maybe you entered an incorrect email adrress or you were using the old ticket system.

It turns out that if you go to the low bandwidth site, you don't get an email.
If you go to the high bandwidth you do!
