General Features Help

Hi,

I am not an IT professional but do manage three sites here at Host Rocket. There are severl features and options that I would like to at least experiment with but am reluctant to try. It seems like some of these features are geared towards people that already know how this stuff works, not for the "less informed" like me.

Of course I could use the trouble ticket system but I think that would unnecessarily occupy HR staff. Besides, I'm not even sure WHAT some of these thing do much less HOW they do it.

Is there a central set of instructions on things like FormMail, the new features in the email system, the canned CGI scripts, CronTabs, etc.? I'm not adverse to doing my homework, I just need to know where the books are :)

If you goto your email managment login screen,
(mailbox.youdomain.com)->Mail Administration->Login Screen

At the bottom of the login screen are two links. One for qmail
the new email managment system and one for vpopmail the new webmail
interface. These links go to there creators website where you can find documentation on both of the new email apps.
As far as formMail and the canned CGI scripts I would check out
both the offical HostRocket FAQ and the user runned one, goto
rocketsupport.com for links to them.
