how do I even access the mail managment section?

None of my current logins work.

None of my passwords work.

This is the first propmt from the control panel and I have just now figured out that I have been getting no emails for a couple of days.

How do I regain access?

TIA, and I am assuming someone else has gotten through this part. I am not moaning about the lost mail I just want access to the new box.

Hi. You should have received an email with details on the new email system, if you haven't make sure that the email address you have on file with HR is current and submit a trouble ticket.

I also didn't get the email notification however upon submitting a TT HR responded immediately (less than a minute) with the info and I was back up quickly.
